Hey! Hahas I’m back again. Wow I’m actually updating. Although this blog will probably die in max a few mnths. Sigh.

Kayy then, on to today’s stuff. Today had KILLER (I repeat, KILLER pt). read: track pt. I think I described it before. But lets give the benefit of the doubt. Erm we had to do 5x400m in uinder 1.5min and some other sprints and circuit (tho I think I’m helluva better in circuit than in pt; which isn’t much anyway XD)

Walao. I thot I was going to die man. Like seriously. I bet the sun was like thirty degrees or more. And it was so bright I couldn’t look at the ground. So I took of my specs and the world was just a blur of pain. Sia la. The world was spinning. Hehe Jesse said “this is real pt man.” I’ll have to agree. Oh well. I dun think you have to listen to my complaining anymore heh. Byee!

P.S. I think tmr I gonna wake up super sunburnt and pain all over
